Cake
- 10 egg yolks, 4 whites (280cc)
- 100 gr sugar
- 125 plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 gr butter, beat well.
Preheat the oven 180C. Brush 2x 24cm round tin cakes
with melted butter, dust with flour.Shift plain flour together
with baking powder.
Beat all eggs and sugar until thick and pale, fold
in flour.Fold in carefully in beated butter. Pour in the tins.
Bake for about 25 mins.
